3. Complimentary Personalized Planning Session with Attorney Angel

During this meeting, we’ll review your questionnaire, discuss key estate planning topics—such as avoiding probate, reducing or eliminating estate taxes, and protecting assets—and design a strategy that aligns with your goals. Attorney Angel will then outline your custom plan and provide a transparent, flat-rate fee.

4. Engagement Letter and Preparation

Next, you’ll receive a comprehensive engagement letter summarizing our discussions. To move forward, simply sign the authorization, return it with the requested retainer, and we’ll begin drafting your estate plan.

5. Review and Customize Your Documents

We’ll send you drafts of all documents for your review. This is your opportunity to make any changes or clarifications to ensure everything matches your wishes perfectly.

6. Finalization Meeting

Once you’re satisfied with the documents, we’ll schedule a meeting to sign them and complete the payment. This step seals your estate plan, making it effective.

7. Completion and Security

Attorney Angel takes care of recording any real estate documents and organizes your estate planning documents into a binder. All original signed documents are sent to you via FedEx, requiring a signature for added security, along with a secure link to download scanned copies.
